Crazy. Now it's March 2011. The boys are both off at camp Boca while I'm getting ready for a trade show in New Orleans. Mattie is about to turn 8, is positively brilliant (he's doing long division and very complicated multiplication and algebra in his head) but drives his mom crazy with his lack of focus. Mitch is a nonstop bundle of energy that really needs to get into team sports (also very intelligent, which is cool, as they're together in the gifted program at the county's magnet school). Mattie wants to be a teacher when he grows up this week. He lives for money and business, though, and has a firm grasp of money, how it's used and how it's acquired. He was asking his music teacher (he's pretty good at guitar and Mr. Turnbull's been moonlighting, giving private lessons) about salaries and hourly rates. Mick wants to be a Monster Truck driver when he grows up, but may change his mind. He's very competitive and has realized that Grave Digger
